This is a report summarizing final campaign numbers, analytics, and lessons learned from my 2021 Kickstarter campaign for Our Traveling Home - a Ghibli-inspired fantasy tabletop RPG about queer romance, found family, and finding healing through belonging. This report is intended to assist small-to-medium publishers of TTRPGs (and other book-based creative projects) by providing data that can be used to create realistic budgets. In this report, I review my initial budget and projections, actuals versus projections, final backer breakdowns, and BackerKit analytics.
