There Is Only One Bed

There Is Only One Bed is a card-based game (originally inspired by Alex Roberts' For The Queen) of trope-y queer romance in which two players will answer a series of prompts to create their own trope-y queer romance story.  Players take turn drawing prompts and answering questions to create a story of queer romance in about 2 - 2.5 hours.

This game is played using Randy Lubin's Story Synth (a platform for developing, playtesting, and publishing lightweight card based RPGs on the internet). Purchase of the game will give you a link and password to the online version of the game, which you can use to create sessions and play online with others.

(It goes without saying but please don't share the password.)

Inviting People to Play

You can use the game to play either in-person or online. Playing online is easy: 

1. Visit the URL 
2. Enter the password 
3. Copy the session URL & send to the other player
4. Set up a voice channel (if needed) and play the game!
